Online Radio Free - Free Version of the modern internet radio receiver, which will allow you to access a database with more than 51,000+ internet radio stations (over 85,000+ URLs of the radio stations' streams) from 191 countries, grouped into 749 genres.
Online Radio Pro - Commercial Version of the modern internet radio receivers, which will allow you to access a database with more than 51,000+ internet radio stations (over 85,000+ URLs of the radio stations' streams) from 191 countries, grouped into 749 genres.
Online Radio "Country" - Commercial Country Version of the modern internet radio receivers, which will allow you to access a database with internet radio stations from ONE specific country.
What is the difference between PRO, FREE and COUNTRY versions
Online Radio Pro:
- The application can work in background (multitasking support for iOS 4+);
- The application can work with «Alarm Clock» and «Sleep Timer» functions;
- No banners, No advertising, so operation of the player is more stable and sustainable;
Online Radio Free:
- Doesn`t support background mode (multitasking support for iOS 4+);
- Doesn`t support «Alarm Clock» and «Sleep Timer» functions;
- Player interface contains banners and ads;
Online Radio "Country"
- Online Radio "Country" is a modern internet radio receivers, which will allow you to access a database with internet radio stations from ONE specific country;
- The application can work in background;
- No banners, No advertising, so operation of the player is more stable and sustainable;

Choosing and listening radio stations
If you want to find your favorite audio content (music) by Country, please click on the byCountry button:
If you want to find your favorite audio content (music) by Genre, please click on the byGenre button:
Find radio station and click on the specific radio station name and enjoy high-quality sound:
Favorites List
Click on the Add to Favorites button and save info about your favorite radio station(s) in the Favorites List:
Sort radiostations in "Favorites" by country, genre or name
Click on the Favorites button and move to the next window, where you will be able to sort your favorites by clicking on the 'Country', 'Name', or 'Genre' button:

Choosing station by genre
It is possible now to search for all online radio stations by a particular genre;
If you select a genre (by pressing Genre button) first, you will see the list where the number of stations of this genre in every country is displayed.
Then you can do one of the following actions. You can either:

Select a particular country, and you will see the list of all radio stations from this country of the genre you have selected;
or

Press an animated image standing for Genre (it is located near the Menu button), and you will see an expanded list showing radio stations of this genre in all countries.
Choosing station by country
It is possible to search now for all online radio stations by a particular country;
If you select a particular country (by pressing Country button) first, you will see the list where the number of stations of this country in every genre is displayed.
Then you can do one of the following actions. You can either:

Select a particular Genre, and you will see the list of all radio stations of this genre from the particular country you have selected;
or

Press an animated image standing for Country's flag (it is located near the Menu button), and you will see an expanded list showing radio stations of this country in all genres.
Due to the enormous number of stations in the database, they are displayed portionwise - 100 stations at a time. That's why, to view 100 stations more, please press Show More button.
Searching for genres/countries/radio stations by keyword or part of keyword
If you want to search for genres/countries/radio stations by a keyword or a part of a keyword, please type a keyword or a part of a keyword into the search field on the top of the window.
Searching for radio stations by keyword in the entire database
If you want to search stations by keyword in the entire database, please click on Search Station button.
Searching for genres/countries/radio stations in A-Z index
If you want to search for genres/countries/radio stations in A-Z index, please click on a particular letter from the letter panel on the right of the screen. After this, you will move to another window, containing genres/countries/radio stations beginning from this letter.
Changing a background image
Users can specify a background image in the audio player - including photos.
"Alarm Clock" and "Sleep timer" functions (Pro version)
You can set the timer to turn a radio station on or off at the certain time. To do this, select Alarm Settings in the menu.
The screen will appear, on which you can Enable or Disable Alarm function:
Alarm function is enabled
Alarm function is disabled
Choose one of the two modes – Date and Time or Timer;
Date and Time mode
You can select date and time when Alarm function activates.
Note: if the date and time you set have already passed, Alarm function will snap into action as soon as the settings are saved (after pressing Done button)
Timer mode
You can set the timer to determine when Alarm function activates.
Specify action for Alarm function – the radio station starts or stops playing
Determine what radio station will be played if you select Start playing. To select current station for Alarm function, please press Set Current Station;
Listen to the Reserve Alarm signal and set its volume;
The Reserve Alarm signal will be played if the radio station selected for Alarm function didn’t start playing for some reason.
Switch loop mode for the reserve alarm signal on or off;
The loop mode of the reserve alarm signal is off.
The loop mode of the reserve alarm signal is on.
If loop mode of the reserve alarm signal is on, the reserve alarm signal will be played until you stop it.
After completing all settings, please press Done button on the top of the screen to save the settings.
If you select Start Playing, on the screen you will see the date and time when the radio station you selected will start playing.
Change the data in the database of radio stations
Users can add or update radio stations in the database or email us about broken station (if the station doesn`t work properly).
Import Favorites from Free to Pro version
In order to import your Favorites to Pro version please do the following:
- Open the FREE version
- Open 'Favorites' (Menu-->Favorites)
- Click 'Export' button.
Work in the background (Pro version & iOS 4+)
"Online Radio Pro" can work in the background (multitasking support for iOS 4+);
In order to make radio work in background mode please do the following:
- Open the application
- Launch the desired station
- Hit "Home" button on your device
In order to get back to the application please do the following:
- Hit "Home" button twice. As a result you will see the list of the running applications in the bottom of the screen
- Find the "Online Radio" application icon
- Click it
In order to close application, running in the background please do the following:
- Hit "Home" button twice. As a result you will see the list of the running applications in the bottom of the screen.
- Find the "Online Radio" application icon
- Press it and hold until red brick sign appears near the application's icon
- Hit the red brick sign near the icon of "Online Radio" application to close it
Title of the current song
If a radio station provides info about the record being played (e.g. name of the singer, song, album, etc.), this info will be displayed in yellow.
History of the records that have been played
If history of the records that have been played is available on the server, from which the radio station broadcasts, at the bottom right corner of the player's control panel a Clock-like icon
will appear. When this icon is clicked, a table with a history of songs will appear. If the table fails to appear, it means that this table exists on the server, but it is empty at the moment (depends on settings of the server which broadcasts the stream).
History of the records may contain the name of the singer, name of the song, local time of the server, when the song was broadcast as well as other information, depending on the server. As a rule, such a table contains 10 songs played last, but the number of songs can also vary from 5 to 20.
If the names of songs are not fully visible, you can open a table after turning your iOS device by 90 degrees.
The table with history of songs will disappear from the screen:
- if you click 'Clock' icon
again

if you perform search for stations by name by clicking 'magnifying glass' icon
-
if you turn your iOS device by 90 degrees, (so that orientation of the user interface is changed)
The table with history of songs will also disappear automatically in 12 seconds.
Lyrics Search
If you wish to find lyrics of a particular song, please do the following:
Click on the name of the song, which is displayed in yellow:
If history of the records that have been played is available on the server, from which the radio station broadcasts, at the bottom right corner of the player's control panel a Clock-like icon
will appear. When this icon is clicked, a table with a history of songs will appear. If the table fails to appear, it means that this table exists on the server, but it is empty at the moment (depends on settings of the server which broadcasts the stream).
After this, a window will appear, in which you also can find and click on the name of the song (music track):
And you will move to the next window:
Press Google or Yahoo button and the app will make a search request automatically. You will see search results as follows:
By clicking a link in the search results you will move to the web page with the lyrics, which you can save on your device.
Search for images and CD covers associated with the song
If you wish to find a CD cover of the album, which contains a particular song you’ve listened for, please do the following:
Click on the name of the song, which is displayed in yellow:
If history of the records that have been played is available on the server, from which the radio station broadcasts, at the bottom right corner of the player's control panel a Clock-like icon
will appear. When this icon is clicked, a table with a history of songs will appear. If the table fails to appear, it means that this table exists on the server, but it is empty at the moment (depends on settings of the server which broadcasts the stream).
The menu will appear:
In this menu you can click at the name of the particular song (music track) and move to the next window:
Where you will see another menu:
Press Google or Yahoo button and the app will make a search request automatically. You will see search results as follows:
Click ‘Images’ tab and move to the images you are looking for. You can copy them to your device.
If you press a small or a large image for some time, a menu will appear, which will enable you to save or copy this image:
Searching for the song in iTunes
If you wish to find and buy a song (music track) you heard in iTunes, please do the following :
Click on the name of the song, which is displayed in yellow:
Or, if history of the records that have been played is available on the server, from which the radio station broadcasts, at the bottom right corner of the player's control panel a Clock-like icon
will appear. When this icon is clicked, a table with a history of songs will appear. If the table fails to appear, it means that this table exists on the server, but it is empty at the moment (depends on settings of the server which broadcasts the stream).
After this, a window will appear, in which you also can find and click on the name of the song (music track):
You will see the following menu:
Press iTunes Store button and the app will make a search request to iTunes Store automatically. You will see search results as follows:
Click on the link in the search results and you will be able to make the purchase.
